The location is convenient with bus stops right outside. Tram stops are also nearby. I found the lobby quite spacious. The staff offered friendly service.

The location had a bus stop right outside, SUPER convenient! The tram stop was also just around the corner. I found nice restaurants and bars just steps away from the hotel.
The mtr WAS a bit of a walk.

The staff was friendly and polite. They quickly provided extra blankets when requested. Jason, the receptionist, helped with our suitcases and loaded them into the taxi at check-out.

I found the complimentary shuttle service really useful. It made getting to key areas simple. the lobby fragrance was a nice touch. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was well kept and felt fresh.
The sink drained a bit slowly. It was a minor inconvenience.

this location provided convenient access to nearby bus stops. one could easily explore the area. it was a bit of a walk to the train stations, but still manageable for convenient travel around the city.

The front desk staff answered my questions patiently. They provided excellent service. The hotel offered a reusable water bottle. I found this a good focus on being green. Housekeeping provided an iron and ironing board upon my request.
The breakfast was not ideal. I collected it from reception each morning.
